Cesc Fabregas officially joined Chelsea FC
Cesc Fabregas has officially joined Chelsea FC from Barcelona for a fee believed to be around 30 millions UK Pounds. He has signed a 5 year deal with Chelsea and will be wearing the number 4 shirt.
