Chrysanthemum Indicum (Orange) Lucky Plants

Chrysanthemum indicum (orange) lucky plants' healing properties are so well established that most people grow it in courtyards and it is traditionally worshiped daily in a ritual for the well being of the family. The seeds, leaves and roots have a great medicinal value. It is used both internally and externally. It has mild antiseptic and analgesic properties and relieves swelling. The leaves when chewed mitigate the infection of the gums. Instillation of fresh juice of the leaves into ears is an effective domestic remedy for ear aches.

The plant possess anti-inflammatory, anti-gout and anti-thrombic activity. It is commonly known for treatment of inflammation, hypertension and respiratory disorders. The plant is very effective in the treatment of wounds, tumors, boils and eye irritation. It it also known for the cure of pneumonia, colitis, stomatitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, appendicitis, dermatitis, carbuncle and furuncle. In addition to that it is very effective in treating inflammation, poor appetite and indigestion. It is also used for the treatment of measles, intestinal worms and headache.
