Barca has agreed terms with David Luiz

Barcelona FC, it has been reported, have already agreed personal terms with Chelsea's center back David Luiz who is not part of Mourinho future plans. The contract is expected to be worth 4.5millions UK pounds a year for a period of 5 years. Now Barcelona FC can make an official offer to Chelsea to get the player.
